We are a 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) on a beautiful 5-acre estate in the Spanish Camp area of Paso Robles. Owners are RNs creating a high-end 6-bed facility with top-notch caregivers to deliver exceptional care and compassion to its residents. We have open positions for Wednesday through Sunday 7am - 7pm.

Expectations/Responsibilities
Proven experience as a caregiver.
Caregiver scheduling
Food inventory per nutritionist’s meal plans
Help residents take prescribed medication
Assist residents with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
Oversee housekeeping and laundry
Plan and prepare meals with attention to dietary constraints
Dementia and hospice care
Cleared FBI Fingerprint
Health screening And TB clearance
Be a pleasant and supportive companion
Report any unusual incidents
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Respectful and compassionate
Good time management skills
Computer skills are a plus
