We are seeking a PEDIATRIC CLINICAL MANAGER-RN to become a part of our team! You will oversee medical and health services in a private pediatric setting. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual who is passionate about working with people and who is interested in a long-term, rewarding career in the medical industry.
Major Responsibilities:
Supervise medical staff including coordinating schedules, training, and evaluations
Work collaboratively with physicians and management to establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Manage vaccine supply, medical equipment and medical supply orders
Triage patient calls
Act as liaison with outside agencies and pharmaceutical reps
Participate and help prepare for annual state audits
Qualifications:
Licensed registered nurse from an accredited nursing program
Current active license to practice as a RN in the state of California
Bilingual - ability to speak, read, and write Spanish
Previous experience in healthcare, preferably pediatrics
Experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
