Don't get caught up being hired as an independent contractor or being paid as a 1099. The State of California has ruled that the following classifications are to be hired as employees and not independent contractors: RN,LVN and CNA. These job classifications are to include all the benefits associated with employee status including professional and general liability coverage, worker's comp insurance, state disability and unemployment insurance. Don't get mislead and end up having to pay the State of California for being misclassified.
Must have 1yr of continuous experience within the last 3yrs.
Must be available for all shifts. Full time positions open.
The qualified candidate will need to submit the following documents by fax or email:
