Performs unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled work as part of a work crew or independently in the maintenance and operation of the Port; does heavy manual labor in repair of structures; drives truck and operates a variety of other motorized equipment as assigned; supervises/schedules the Utility crew and performs other functions of the crew lead worker; and performs other duties as required. Reads plans, orders materials and at times acts as department supervisor in the absence of Facility Supervisor.
