Wayward Baking is a fast paced and small kitchen in Los Osos, California. We are looking for more hands in the kitchen to help with production as we are constantly pushing out more product for our locals. In this position, a bakery assistant would be handling prep work Thursdays-Sundays with the possibility to work on Wednesdays as well. In order to be successful in this position, the bakery assistant needs to be able to follow instructions and accurately weigh out ingredients.
We are looking for someone fast paced with an eye for quality and detail. Experience is a plus but we are always willing to train the right person.
