Seeking Tasting Room Attendants - Part Time
Sans Liege Wines of Paso Robles, is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated candidates with hospitality and/or sales experience to join our team. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people. We are looking for energetic staff to provide not only amazing customer service, but also a memorable experience with each and every guest.
DUTIES:
Provide a friendly atmosphere and engage with our guests for their entire visit
Greets all guests upon arrival with a smile and eye contact
Ability to drive sales with poise and tact
Invite all guests to join the wine club and share news of upcoming events
Operate POS system and account for daily sales
Efficiently handle daily and weekly cleaning duties
Opening and closing responsibilities (including wine inventory)
Answer phone and assist customers with inquiries
Wash & polish glasses
Assist in maintaining high level of cleanliness and appearance of tasting room
Participate in monthly team meetings
Work on additional projects and perform other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
21 years of age
Thrives in a team environment
Must be able to work Weekends
Prior POS & cash drawer experience
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently
Highly organized and ability to work in unsupervised environment
Able to stand, walk, bend for extended periods of time
Positive attitude, good conversation skills, enjoy working with public
Ability and desire to become knowledgeable about:
- wine and grape-growing in general
- our wines and business in particular
