Looking for Sous Chef for a rustic, locally focused Restaurant. We raise all our own beef, source produce, eggs, honey, olive oil and fish locally. Open Wednesday through Sunday. We are looking for a team member who is self-motivated, adheres to protocols, creative, good leader, positive, organized, respectful, good written and oral communication skills, understands hospitality and has good time management skills.
