BL Brasserie is looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Front of House Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry and possess a deep understanding of wines.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations and guidance on wine selections
- Serve food and drinks promptly and with attention to detail
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of wines and wine pairings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
