Job Description: CASHIER/FOOD EXPO
We are looking for summer employees to work our Concession Stand and BBQ Pit at Sinsheimer Park during the Baseball season. The games begin May 24th and continue until August 4th. There are 33 regular season games, plus potential playoff games. Please check the game schedule at this link (https://bluesbaseball.com/schedule/games/). The shifts are 4-6 hours per game, starting about 2 hours before the listed game time.
ANY APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL FIREWORKS GAMES, 6/1, 7/3, AND 7/26.
We are looking for hardworking and outgoing people to join our team this summer. We will be filling around 10 positions for the season. We need cashiers, food expos, and runners. Experience is preferred but not required.

There is an opportunity to stay on with Old San Luis BBQ in a permanent position within the restaurant after the season is over as well.
We need people who:
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills, taking orders and serving our customers
- Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen/customer service environment
- Strong ability to multitask
- Able to Assemble food items and communicate effectively!
- Have knowledge of general cleanliness!
(Obtaining a CA Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification required with-in the first two weeks of employment)
- INTEGRITY, a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently as well as on a team during busy hours
Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate clearly with customers, kitchen personnel and managers.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
- Over 18 preferred but not required.
