Responsibilities:
Prepare menu items promptly
Adhere to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a line cook
Knowledge of cooking methods and ingredients
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Day shift: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Night shift: 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM (closing)
Availability required: Tuesday to Sunday
