Position Summary:
Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed. Resourceful and comfortable being a member of a large team of professionals. Ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules. Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner. After 90 days you get Holiday, and sick pay. We are closed for Federal Holidays.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Related Experience: Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
Specialized skills: Detail oriented, exceptional communication (Spanish bi-lingual encouraged) and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, highly responsible and reliable, ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Essential Functions:
1. Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas.
2. Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
3. Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
4. Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items.
5. Helps to maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
6. Reports necessary maintenance items to supervisor.
7. Follows departmental policies and procedures.
8. Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
9. Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
10. Performs additional duties as needed.
