Hampton Inn by Hilton - Arroyo Grande is looking for a motivated front desk individual to work at our front desk. Applicants should have a positive attitude, be friendly, reliable, self-sufficient and enjoy connecting with people from all over the world. Hospitality/Customer Service experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
Position requires the ability to book guest reservations by phone and computer, be comfortable with the process of checking guests in/out, provide great Customer Service, making our guests feel home away from home. Must have the ability to multitask and someone who works independently would thrive as a member of our team. Position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend shifts plus holidays. We offer a great work environment.
