Job Description: Harvest Internship

Broken Earth Winery is looking for enthusiastic seasonal harvest workers to welcome in the 2024 wine grape harvest.

We are a family owned estate winery with multiple vineayards spread out across Paso Robles currently planted including 21 different varieties, both red and white. For the successful candidates, this will be an exciting opportunity to participate in the inaugural vintage at our newly acquired winemaking facility in the Templeton Gap.

You will be experiencing all stages of the winemaking process including picking, fermentation, barreling and bottling lead by a winemaking staff with 33 combined years of experience.

As a team, we are a good-humored bunch that really loves making wine and are committed to providing a great learning environment for those looking to start a career in wine.

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic team player.

Self-disciplined and possessing a strong work ethic.

Open to direction and new experiences.

Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to work long hours including overtime and weekends.

Hourly compensation $18-$22

Start date: This position begins mid-July to early August and runs until the Thanksgiving holiday. (pending seasonal factors)
