Our beautiful Moonstone Beach resort is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Associate for a full-time position. This position requires flexible availability including weekends, holidays and evenings. Our Front Desk Associates must possess excellent customer service skills. In addition to that, our ideal candidates will also possess excellent computer skills, a keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task including answering busy phones and heavy foot traffic in the front office. Must be reliable and comfortable working independently. Prior hotel experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. $20/hour to start.

Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Associate some of your responsibilities will include:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out process, verifying reservations, processing payments, and issuing

room keys, ensuring accurate billing and providing departure assistance.

Receiving and making reservations for room accommodations, and restaurant

Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.

Input notes into the reservation system to keep a record of guest interactions and transactions for proper billing and

future reference.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of hotel operations, services, and local attractions is preferred but not required.

Proficiency in using computers.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
