The Spirit of San Luis restaurant is looking for a dishwasher/prep cook to join our staff. Hours we need someone are Mon and Tues 9-3:30, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 4:30-8:30 pm. The position includes cleaning bathrooms and vacuuming at the start of the shift. Also, you must be able to lift 40 lbs and carry heavy bustubs and cases of product.
Basic food preparation using knives and a meat slicer are a part of the job. Attention to detail and cleanliness are important for the position. If you are interested in some of the shifts but not all, we may hire two people to cover the hours needed.
