The Eriksson Hotels family has an opportunity for a kind, reliable, quick-thinking person to cover assistant manager duties (and beyond) at our small inn.
Duties include:
Typical front desk duties
Helping with breakfast
Some night calls
General guest relations.
Must be able to:
Lift 50 pounds
Run Reports
Communicate professionally with all types of people
Keep an eye for details and stock levels
Be a concierge when needed
& Clean a room when the inevitable happens.
Everyone does a little bit of everything, which is why our reviews are so good. We want someone who can commit to a steady schedule and be responsible for being the face of the organization when management is out. Since we will be expanding in the coming year or two, we hope to find someone who can grow within the organization.
Hours are 5 days/week, with some nights on call.
Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus, but we could train the right candidate. Compensation is commensurate with ability, with performance bonuses; we want someone who can grow with us.
