Certified HERS Rater

We are seeking a Certified HERS Rater to join our team in San Luis Obispo County! This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time based on performance and workload. Responsibilities: Conduct field inspections and verifications in compliance with CHEERS and Title 24 standards Accurately complete required documentation and reports Coordinate with builders, HVAC contractors, and energy consultants Qualifications: Must be a Certified CHEERS Rater Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience.
