Busy Architectural firm is looking for a talented Designer/Construction Document Specialist to work full-time, developing schematic designs into working drawings.
Michael Smith Architect is a full-service architectural firm, specializing in commercial and residential projects throughout the Central Coast. We pride ourselves on developing a company culture that values family, encourages our employees health and well-being, and makes people a priority.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: develop working drawings from schematic design, zoning & code research, assembling & submitting permit package, and communication with other professional.ÂYou would be on the ground floor as our firm grows.
Candidate Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Revit.
-Be familiar with CBC codes and local zoning.
-Knowledge of construction materials, details, and methods.
=Previous experience in an architectural office - Preferred
