MSA, a boutique San Luis Obispo architecture firm founded in 2011, is seeking a full-time Designer and Revit drafter / Job Captain with a minimum of 2 years experience with Revit in an architectural firm. MSA specializes in custom residential and light commercial projects along California's Central Coast.

Role and Responsibilities:
Assist with design
Revit drafting
Assist with design presentation and construction document production
Maintain and develop office standards for design and construction drawings and deliverable documents
Assist with measuring existing building "as-built" conditions
Assist with coordination of project consultants and submittals
Manage delegated workflow for multiple projects
Achieve deadlines and goals
Travel to and attend project and consultant meetings if and as needed to support the project
Electronic 3D and 2D renderings
Desired Skills and Experience:
Passion for architecture
Accredited Bachelors of Architecture Degree, or a degree in a related field.
Knowledge of California Building Code and other locally enforced Codes and Ordinances, and ability to perform Code and Regulation research
Highly motivated, communicative, positive, creative problem solver
Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
Hand drawing and rendering ability a plus
Desire to become a licensed architect a plus
Leadership, time management, and customer service mind-set
