Voler is looking for a hard working, detail oriented, people person to join our custom sales team. The position is full time Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM, with benefits and based out of our Grover Beach, CA offices.

This person’s primary responsibility will be to provide amazing customer service to Voler’s customers. They must have a “customer comes first” attitude. Writing and communication skills are of key importance to make sure he/she is successful in this role.
The Custom Express Specialist is the primary point of contact for our Custom Express ordering process. This person will be the main point of contact for guiding customers through the ordering and design process. In depth understanding of Voler’s production / art process is key for being successful in this role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assisting customer with purchasing and product selection in person (outlet store), phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Maintain outlet store inventory / product selection
- Build relationships with customers for long term success
- Help resolve order issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay current on product line, sales programs, production / Art procedures
- Ensure website displays accurate product and FAQ content, revising self-help resources as needed
- Guide customers through the Custom Express ordering and design process, including prepping production art files, and seeing them through to production
- Assisting with Full Custom design as needed
- Make follow up phone calls to customers in need of additional assistance
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency
- Ability to type 30+ words a minute
- Willingness and ability to make changes and adapt
- Knowledge of cycling/athletic apparel // Athletes are a plus – Cyclists a big plus
Standard Work Hours (Monday through Friday excluding company holidays): 8AM to 4:30PM with a half hour lunch or 8AM to 5:00PM with an hour lunch
