Customer Service (MUST have self-storage experience)
We are a full-service self-storage facility that offers 5-Star customer service for individuals and businesses.
In this vital position, you will assist the facility manager with the day-to-day operations. We are looking for a confident individual with strong customer, interpersonal, sales, telephone skills and the ability to keep units, rental truck and facility clean. The following are the duties for this position:
Converts telephone and walk-in sales inquiries into rentals.
Resolves customer problems timely and effectively.
Completes forms and reports.
Effectively utilizes computer systems.
Consistently applies facility policies and procedures.
Participates in collecting past due accounts.
Monitors security system
Acts quickly to resolve security questions and problems.
Monitors the physical condition of the facility, equipment and grounds.
Maintains the facility and grounds.
Takes necessary action to meet company standards of appearance and cleanliness.
Performs light maintenance and custodial duties.
Cleans vacated units and rental truck on a timely basis.
Keeps office and restrooms clean and orderly daily.
Must be able to communicate facility issues with manager in a timely manner.
Must be able to follow instruction.
Other duties as assigned.
