Job Duties/Description:
Greet customers
Be courteous, polite and professional
Advise customer of their vehicles needs
Communicate the multi-point inspection results and make appropriate/necessary recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of the customer's vehicle.
Communicate with other employees, most importantly Technicians and Service manager (Team player)
Keeping up to date with all factory technical service bulletins and campaigns, as well as completing all necessary manufacturer training and all necessary safety training.
Provide customers a positive and relationship building experience.
Follow California Bureau of Automotive Repair service and repair standards.
Job requirements:
Experience as a Service Advisor/Writer
Valid Driver’s License
Must pass background screening
This is a full time position, pay is DOE, Benefits and Monday- Friday schedule.
