NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that Happy Camp Community Action, Inc: Rise Collaborative (HCCA/RISE) is soliciting Feasibility Study Services in support of the Happy Camp Biomass Supply and Feasibility Study Project from qualified contractors.

Project Overview
Happy Camp Community Action, Inc/RISE Collaborative (HCCA/RISE) is seeking a qualified and experienced independent consulting firm for the purposes of conducting a Biomass supply and feasibility study. The study should assess the current situation in Happy Camp, CA, make recommendations on suggested technologies and approaches, and outline next steps for project implementation and funding. A project budget, timeline and action items should be clearly identified.
