Friendly and compassionate Caregiver needed for older man who is partially paralyzed on one side and mobile by wheelchair. Care to be provided in his home Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday 6am-1pm
Must be able to use proper techniques for lifting and transferring.
-Respond to patient's needs promptly and kindly, while maintaining the patient's self respect, personal dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
-Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, hygiene, bowel and bladder functions, changing incontinency products when needed.
-Meal Prep - cooking and preparing meals
-Administer Medication
-Chart and document appropriate information including medication logs and daily logs
-Clean, complete laundry, and assist with all other activities and job duties as assigned
-Ensure safety and comfort at all times
