We are a small, 12-room, upscale hotel in beautiful Mount Shasta, California, looking to hire 1 exceptional housekeeper to join our fantastic team. Our hotel features modern, clean, and beautiful rooms with all new furnishings and plumbing fixtures.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our rooms between guest stays. If you take pride in your work and are passionate about providing excellent service, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming rooms and common areas
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and common areas
Emptying trash and ensuring proper waste management
Washing laundry using our new washer & dryer on-site
Following cleaning schedules and procedures for different areas of the hotel
Reporting maintenance or repair issues to management
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous house cleaning or custodial experience is preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Must have reliable transportation and a positive, dependable attitude
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Job Hours & Schedule:
Typical hours: 11:30 am - 4:30 pm
Schedule typically includes work on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, with additional shifts as needed
Full-time during peak months (June - September) with 30-40 hours per week
Part-time during off-peak months (October - May) with 15-30 hours per week
No night shifts!
Compensation:
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Weekly hours vary based on hotel occupancy
