Duties involve prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications, while maintaining a sanitary work area at all times; making sure all storage areas are cleaned properly and all products are stored appropriately; using safe and hygienic food handling practices and following a closing checklist for the kitchen.
