This role plays a critical part in ensuring that inventory is properly documented, organized, and stored. The Receiving Clerk will work closely with the warehouse team to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of incoming products. Key Responsibilities: Receive and Inspect Shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists for accuracy and quality. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately record receipt of goods in the inventory management system, noting any discrepancies or damaged items. Inventory Management: Organize and store received items in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and maintaining an orderly warehouse. Communicate with Suppliers: Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items. Quality Control: Inspect received items for damage, defects, or missing parts, and report issues to the warehouse supervisor. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of equipment and personal protective gear. Assist with Other Duties: Support the warehouse team with inventory counts, stocking, and other related tasks as needed.location: Simi Valley, CAsalary: $20/hrwork hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PMqualifications:
