Property Administrator

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Property Administrator based in Simi Valley, California. This role primarily involves managing client-owned REO properties and ensuring the smooth operation of all related matters. The Property Administrator will be responsible for liaising with third party services, managing service supplier relations, and handling condominiums for individual investors. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the process of client-owned REO properties Engaging and managing third party services including cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, specialty vendors and contracts Managing service supplier relations, specifically with IP investigators and other service providers Overseeing condominiums for individual investors and enforcing lease requirements and community policies Meeting with landlords to discuss technical matters, particularly when involved in evictions, maintenance and welcoming new tenants Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks and data management. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Property Administrator role or similar Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of property management laws and regulations Ability to manage multiple properties and tenants Experience in managing property maintenance and repairs High attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field is preferred.
