Field Services ManagerLocation: Chatsworth, CAHours: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PMPay: $35 - $38 per hourResponsibilities:
Project Oversight: Oversee field operations, managing multiple glazing projects including storefront installations, tenant improvements, and curtain walls.
Labor Management: Plan, schedule, and manage labor to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a skilled team of glaziers, providing guidance and support to ensure top performance and adherence to safety standards.
SOP Development: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and maintain consistent quality across all projects.
Efficiency Improvement: Continuously analyze field operations to identify areas for improvement, introducing processes that increase productivity and reduce costs.
Client & Vendor Relations: Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and the successful delivery of projects.
Quality Control & Safety: Ensure that all fieldwork meets company standards for quality and complies with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges in the field and implement solutions to avoid delays, manage risks, and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications:
Experience: Experience as a foreman, superintendent, field manager, or similar role in the glazing trade.
Communication Skills: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.
Technical Expertise: Expert installer of storefront, tenant improvements, and curtain wall systems, with expertise in Herculite Doors.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing labor, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and leading teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality workmanship on multiple projects.
