Description We have partnered with an excellent Real Estate company in Sherman Oaks who is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR/Office Manager with a strong background in payroll to join our team and contribute to our positive and productive work environment.ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management:

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.

Payroll Administration:

Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Prepare and file payroll tax reports and maintain payroll records.

Office Management:

Supervise day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.

Coordinate office activities and schedules to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.

Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.

Employee Benefits Administration:

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Conduct benefits enrollment and provide assistance to employees regarding their benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll administration.

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
