The Position

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide a blend of personal and professional support working directly with our CEO. This hybrid, part-time role will involve working both at the executive’s residence and remotely, with responsibilities spanning household management and virtual assistant tasks. The position will start part-time but is expected to grow quickly into a full-time role, with potential for benefits as it evolves.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, flexible, punctual, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks—none requiring prior expertise. Responsibilities will include cooking, cleaning, running errands, and digital administrative duties.

This role is based in San Francisco, and we are looking to hire someone local to the area to support the executive effectively.

About you

You have:

A strong commitment to accountability, punctuality, timeliness, thoroughness, and ownership in seeing through the completion of tasks

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and effectively

Pride in the quality of your work and a commitment to excellence

Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information

The ability to learn quickly

You have experience with:

Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for digital administration, scheduling, and reporting

Setting and communicating expectations and delivering things on time

You care about:

Efficiently getting things done on time, and communicating thoroughly

Helping others stay organized, productive, and efficient

Learning and growth

Bonus points for knowledge/experience in:

Social media management to assist with online presence and communications

A valid driver’s license and the ability to navigate San Francisco and surrounding areas (without needing to own a car)

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 an hour, depending on experience.
