We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to help with deliveries, event setups, and breakdowns during our busy seasons.
About the Role:
This part-time, seasonal position is all about driving, delivering, and setting up floral and event décor. You’ll be responsible for safely transporting materials to event locations—including some long-distance/destination events—and assisting with hands-on setup and breakdown.
What You’ll Do:
Drive a box truck and transport floral and event materials to and from event venues.
Assist with event setup, including placing flowers, candles, and décor.
Help break down events once they’re over (tearing down, packing up, and loading the truck).
Run errands as needed, like picking up supplies or preparing flower buckets.
Travel as needed, including long-haul trucking for destination events.
Work closely with the team to bring beautiful events to life.
What We’re Looking For:
A safe and responsible driver – Must have a valid Class A driver’s license with a clean record.
Physically capable – Able to lift up to 50 lbs (flowers, vases, candles, etc.).
Team player – Works well in a fast-paced environment and follows directions.
Good communication skills in English – Must be able to understand and communicate with the team.
Reliable and flexible – Willing to work on an as-needed basis, including weekends, late nights, and multi-day travel for destination events.
Experience in floral/event production is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
