Not cited for a D.O.T. defined accident in the previous 3years
No serious offenses in the previous 2years or pattern of unsafe practices
Must have TWICTANKERand HAZ endorsements (Doubles/Triples would be great also)
Meet the medical examination requirements.
Has no loss of foot, leg, hand, arm (or has been granted a skill performance certificate)
Doesn’t have a diagnosis of medical history of epilepsy or other conditions that could cause a driver to lose consciousness while driving.
Has no current clinical diagnosis of alcoholism.
Can see well enough at a distance and can tell the difference in light colors.
Meets hearing standards and can pass a hearing test.
Does not use narcotics, amphetamines or any other illegal drugs (Prescribed drugs cant interfere with driving either).
