ELEM3NTS is a leading energy-efficient consulting company specializing in residential homes in the Bay Area. We provide Home Energy Assessments and Heating and Cooling system tests. We are in San Jose, serving Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, and Alameda Counties.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a HERS Energy Rater you will perform Duct Leakage tests, blower door tests, and Airflow tests in single-family and multifamily buildings, particularly for NEW constructions. If you are qualified, customer service-oriented, seek to advance your career in the green industry, enjoy working independently out in the field and motivated individual ELEM3NTS is looking for you.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Clean DMV record (REQUIRED)
- HERS Certified (PLUS)
- HVAC experience, general fieldwork, inspection experience, and knowledge of construction (PLUS)
- B.P.I. Certified or be able to pass the certification after the training period (PLUS)
- HES Certified or be able to pass the certification after the training period (PLUS)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- The ability to climb ladders and into crawlspaces, such as attics
- Willing to drive the company van to multiple locations around Bay Area
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Good time management skills
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Be responsive to calls/texts/emails on a mobile phone
