15 plus years in the trades ( Verifiable)
Able to do plumbing and basic electrical.
Know how to do texture.
Owns their own hand and power tools
Truck (Rack Preferred)

Interior remodeling (All types) both commercial and residential sector
Room Additions
Siding Replacement
Window Replacement
Decks
