Location: Warehouse in Newark, CA; installations across Northern California
Pay: $30–$35/hour starting pay, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
Install accessibility equipment like stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, and vertical platform lifts
Perform light electrical work (outlets, wiring connections) and light carpentry (modifying steps, removing handrails)
Problem-solve in the field, adapting installs to unique home environments
Provide a great customer experience, especially with older adults and their families
Help shape our processes and culture as an early team member
Who We're Looking For
Relevant experience includes:
Appliance installation
Garage door installation
Solar panel installation
Auto repair or mechanical work
Low-voltage wiring (security systems, alarm installers)
General construction
You are:
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using power tools
A clear communicator with customers and teammates
Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow
