POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly
LOCATION: Santa Rosa, CA
BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
WAGE SCALE: Starting at $35.00 per hour, based on experience
3 YEARS MINIMUM YEARS EXPERIENCE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures there is sufficient and appropriate material and equipment on truck to adequately complete the insulation job.
Drives to and from the job site and unloads insulation materials at the job site.
Cleans job site daily.
Installs insulation in accordance with company standards as well as manufacturer’s printed label regarding thickness
and density.
Checks work for errors and corrects them if necessary.
Accounts for material and time used on each job, and reports paperwork daily.
Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
Ability to complete jobs independently.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous spray foam applicator experience.
Knowledge of thermal envelope.
Fiberglass insulation experience preferred, but not required (willing to train).
A valid CA driver’s license with a clean DMV report.
Reliable transportation to and from work and/or jobsite
Must pass a pre-employment drug test, FIT test, and background check, respirator fit and pulmonary test and DOT physical.
Ability to use a staple gun, hammer, utility knife and work on ladders and scaffolding.
Ability to lift more than 80 lbs. and ability to crawl in small spaces (i.e., attics, floors).
Ability to work out of town and/or overnight.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Regular attendance is required.
