As an Experienced Installer, you will be responsible for guiding the roof portion of the installation.Key DutiesAccurately read plan setsInstall solar systems on all roof typesResponsible for roof layout and roof penetrationsInstall level racking and grounding for rackingBend conduit on the roofResponsible for basic electrical knowledge on the roof (running home runs/jumper wires for multiple arrays)Install tilt kits and modulesRepresent Simply Solar in a positive and professional mannerQualifications1.5 years of solar installation or Roofing experience requiredReliable transportation to and from the Petaluma WarehouseExcellent communication skills and strong attention to detailExperience with ground mounts or batteries preferredExperience leading and training a crew is a plusAbility to pass pre-employment background checkPhysically able to stand, lift, squat, and carry materials/ ToolsPlease apply online with Simply Solar at: https://simplysolar.rippling-ats.com/job/903636/solar-roof-lead?s=cl
