Requirements for the job and Trade Skills
Must have a minimum of 5 years in the Trades
Must be able to work un-supervised
Interior work required skills:
Basic Plumbing and Electrical skills required for bathroom and kitchen remodeling.
Sheetrock skills, tape top and texture
Painting
Setting Cabinets
Exterior work required skills:
Dry rot repairs
Siding replacement
Framing
