We are a fast growing stealth company focused on building software in the auto repair diagnostics space and backed by Autotech Ventures. This role is part-time with the potential to join full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electric vehicles to identify faults and issues
- Write detailed and accurate repair reports for each diagnostic session containing detailed information about the vehicle's condition, the diagnostic tests performed, and the recommended repairs
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex problems and identify solutions
- Clearly document all work performed and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2-5 years of experience diagnosing and repairing Tesla vehicles
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
