Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to service and small project requests via phone and email
Estimate and budget service calls and small jobs based on client requirements
Write work orders and schedule service electricians
Order, track, and manage materials
Oversee project billing and financial tracking
Monitor project progress and maintain up-to-date status reports
Communicate with field electricians and provide support as needed
Ensure quality control and efficiency of work performed
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Drive growth of the service department
Implement company standards, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Service Manager role in the Construction/Electrical industry
Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required; Accubid a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
