Electrical Manager – Residential Division

We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Manager to lead our residential electrical division. This role is responsible for overseeing installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems in residential properties—ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and in full compliance with relevant codes and standards.
This is a leadership role that combines hands-on electrical work with team supervision, project management, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and other residential electrical components
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
Conduct inspections to identify hazards or code violations
Work closely with contractors, homeowners, and internal teams to complete projects efficiently and safely
Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project status
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices
Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting using project management tools
Qualifications:
Proven experience with residential electrical systems
Solid understanding of electrical theory and construction safety protocols
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools and reporting
Comfortable liaising with clients and translating technical details into clear, understandable terms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and safety standards
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights
Ability to lift and carry tools and materials up to 50 lbs
