Four ten-hour work days a week, leaving you with three off each week. This position will involve working in the field directly with customers repairing their equipment, and providing quotes for new installations. Eventually you will be expected to train and provide management of other field techs, and run the department autonomously.

Most of your time at work will be in the field. Once trained you will not need to come to the office every day, and will drive directly to customers' locations instead. If you live anywhere from Santa Rosa to San Francisco or Oakland we can work with you. Our office, workshop, and warehouse is located in the Bel Marin Keys industrial park in Novato. Our customers are homeowners, restaurants, and contractors.
Wages and Benefits:
40 hours per week, weekdays, 6AM start time, 10-hour days, plus some OT
$30 - $42 per hour DOE

Paid time off commences after six months at three weeks earned per year

Background, Qualifications, and Skill Sets:
Provide your own hand tools
Have experience in one or more of the following:
Plumbing
Electrical
Appliance Repair
Property Maintenance
Field Service
Have a fairly-clean DMV record
Read and write neatly in English
Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with consistent accuracy
Use iPhones and iPads
Lift fifty pounds up and down a ladder
Work well independently
Work well as part of a team
Have a history of being reliable and responsible
Have neat personal grooming habits and good hygiene
