Existing Construction Business seeking an estimator/business development partner to join the team. $10m of work for 2024 starts.
Profits and partnership interests available to the right candidate to join an existing energetic construction company.
Growth is the focus of this roll and the right candidate should be looking for a long term commitment as we take this company to the next level.
Existing business focused on private residential and commercial work. Experience including multiple condominium projects.
The candidate:
Public works experience is a major expansion opportunity and thus experience in that area is a huge advantage.
For the right candidate the position can be temporary part time to permanent.
Current experience in San Francisco Bay Area is a must.
