We are a referral based boutique dog walking, pet transport, and grooming company based in Southern Marin . Rain or Shine our pack is full of smiles and fluffy tails! We have the most amazing and loyal clients who expect the highest quality dog care.
What Cutie Paw is looking for:
Punctuality (being on time is very important, lots of our clients’ have families and dog walking works around their school or work schedule)
Walkers (you) maintain a balanced disposition (dogs like a calm and balanced energy)
Discreet (We are the ‘help’ and as such expected to slip in and out of the property without disturbing out clients’ day)
Respect and Trust, we strive to deliver as advertised
Communication, constant contact and prompt responses are valued by our current clients
Knowledge of social media platforms to post daily photos
Knowledge or background in pet medical, training, and or husbandry is greatly desired

What to expect from Cutie Paw:
Begin with $18-$22 an hour ($32,000-$38,000 per year on 7-8 hour shift) pay based on experience. Based on performance you have an opportunity to increase this to $40-45k at the end of the 90 DAYS going to 8 hour shift.
Dog car provided + gas/maintenance and auto expenses
Cell phone provided (iPhone)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 2:30/3:00pm, Weekends off. Major holidays off.
Vacation: 5 paid days vacation after 1 year probationary period, after three years you'll get 8 days paid vacation.
Holiday Pay: 11 public holidays PTO (this varies each year depending the day Christmas and New Year fall on) after 6 month probationary period.
Sick Pay: 5 days total after 3 MONTH probationary
Opportunity to make extra money:
Bonus: Around Holidays, and busy weeks opportunity to earn tips and bonus for extra help (based on performance)
extra activities and bonus work outside of salary: Once you’ve passed your 90 day probation period you’ll have the opportunity to earn extra money through house visits, animal transport, and grooming help. Possibility to make an extra 5k-10k a year depending on your availability.
