If you are a residential technician open to the idea of learning commercial service under the DHAC’ s internal mentoring and training program this may be the opportunity you have been looking for. Our residential to commercial service mentoring program is a stress-free program which has been designed to carefully and successfully mentor and transition residential technicians into the commercial service world by assigning an experienced “Sr. service technician mentor” to each residential technician. Therefore, creating a stress-free journey with an assigned and training mentor.
Our technicians consistently get their 40-hour work weeks, with the added benefit of overtime throughout the year. Furthermore, we believe in providing pathways for advancement into senior positions within our organization. We value hard work and attention to detail; we are actively seeking detailed orientated technicians who can identify equipment anomalies with precision.
We are a HVAC service and design build & engineering company who serve an established and long -term customer base in a 1.0-hour radius of the San Jose, Ca area. We believe in providing a work and life balance. We are a mid-size company with a family culture and strive for drama free environment with service excellence and quality! We have diverse types of equipment we service to match your experience level ranging from as small as 3-ton to 200-ton HVAC equipment. Our technicians are consistently and strategically assigned within their skill set. We are looking for Residential techs looking to make the jump into the commercial service field. Our internal training program for our residential technicians integrating into the commercial service field allows for a stress-free transition.
Candidates must be able to climb ladders, lift up to seventy pounds, work easy on call rotation. It is possible but weekend work and overtime may occur. The candidate must have EPA 608 (Type I, II, or Universal) and valid California driver’s license. HVAC hand tools and refrigeration gauges required.
