Residential Remodeling firm in San Francisco looking for a experienced carpenter/remodeler/lead.
Foundation to final finish carpentry skills. Helpful to have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, tile, stone, etc. Must have exceptional communication skills. In long term will grow into a supervisory role leading/managing others and helping to keep projects on track. Ability to speak English & Spanish is a plus.

Read plans and construction documents
Layout for frame and finish build (for finish tile, plumbing, finish cabinetry, etc.)
Forms & rebar.
Calculate materials & help estimate completion times.
Rough Framing (foundation to roof)
Finish Carpentry (cabinet install, all interior and exterior trim, scribing, flooring, custom work)
Window and Door install.
Perform various tasks critical for seeing a project from start up to punch list.
Plumbing (copper supply & waste to cast iron waste) design & install
Electrical
Lighting install
Cabinet & Custom Furniture/built-in manufacturing
Sheetrock install & texture
Concrete finishing
Tile and Stone install
Moisture barrier and Weatherproofing

Candidates must posses a minimum of 4+ years for more advanced positions and 2+ years for junior positions. Must have basic hand, measuring, and power tools and reliable transportation. Candidates should be able to pass a criminal background test, be able to lift in excess of 60 pounds, and work safely at heights of 20' or more on occasion.
