Description:

As a Printing and Bindery Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless communication of printing and binding processes for various orders. Your responsibilities revolve around meticulously managing the deadlines, updating any obstacles to the department heads and checking in on the warehouse to ensure we are on track to complete the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

You are the point person for

workflow Coordination and updating each department head on the tracking/ coordinating from warehouse to front end.

Quality Assurance: Maintaining stringent quality standards is paramount. You oversee quality control checks at various stages of production to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and adherence to client specifications. You will be trained on this.

Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between Department head and internal teams, providing updates on order status, addressing queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.

Deadline Management: With a keen eye on deadlines, you proactively monitor progress and take necessary actions to ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time, keeping clients informed throughout.

Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished products, ensuring adequate stock levels to fulfill orders while minimizing waste.

Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of orders, production activities, and performance metrics. Generate reports to track productivity, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes.

Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in processes management, including digital and offset printing, cutting, folding, stitching, and binding methods a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Proficiency in project management tools and software for order tracking and workflow management.

Knowledge of printing software and design applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.

Prior experience in a printing or bindery environment, preferably in a coordinating or supervisory role.

Salary: commensurate with skill and experience
