Crystal Clear Pools is looking for a Pool Service Technician to service weekly routes at high end residences. Are you passionate about pool maintenance? If you have experience, strong work ethic, and great customer service skills, we want to hear from you. If you have no experience but a strong willingness to lear and grow with us we would also love to talk to you and see if there is a fit!
REQUIREMENTS:
Comfortable working outdoors and lifting 40 lbs
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, punctuality, and communication are essential
Previous pool/spa knowledge is not required but water chemistry knowledge a plus
Clean driving record. If you have your own truck, will compensate for gas and mileage. Otherwise, work truck provided with covered gas expenses.
PAY: $20 per hour for 2 week trial training period riding with head tech, $20+ after depending on experience/performance. Supplemental pay types: Tips
SCHEDULE: Day shift, Monday to Friday, weekend work if wanted/availability
QUALIFICATIONS:
Pool cleaning and maintenance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment
Water quality testing and chemical balancing
Equipment diagnostics and repairs
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good organizational skills
Good work ethic
Able to work under minimal supervision
Non-smoker
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Examine and test pool and spa equipment for proper operation
Test and adjust water chemistry
Brush pools
Vacuum pools
Skim pool for debris
Empty skimmer and pump baskets
Clean filters
Complete and turn in detailed route sheets
Perform minor repairs to pool cleaners
Maintain company vehicle
Position is currently 4 days/week and will be expanding to 5
