Job Description;
Administrative position in construction industry.
Duties:
Assist project managers with a wide variety of tasks such as online permits inspection appointments, sending plans, track job materials, receiving deliveries, vendors and trade partners.
Subcontractor management.
Project cost tracking/updating data in system.
Acquisition of quotes, scheduling and troubleshooting.
Purchasing:
Working closely with project management, architect/designers, homeowners, vendors and suppliers to track down and fulfill purchase orders.
Construction management software: We use Buildertrend. No experience is necessary, but it would be great if you were familiar with the software as the majority of the duties would revolve around this software. That may include uploading of plans and specifications, organizing plans, specifications and material takeoffs, etc.

We are an East Bay based general contracting company that specializes in ADU’s, structural retrofits and residential/commercial remodeling. Our office is located in the bustling Temescal neighborhood.
About You:
Motivated self-starter. Must be able to work independently without supervision.
Have excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills.
This is a part time position. Hours/days are negotiable.
